Jan established the company in 1999 to specialise in tax advice and refunds. She holds a number of other directorships and is very active in the charity sector.
Jan has always been a passionate champion of individuals and small businesses. From a family of entrepreneurs she's always fought for what she believes is right for her customers and her business.
Jan has been listed as one of the 40 most influential business leaders in Kent and has won numerous awards, including Woman of the Year in Construction and Business Woman of the Year.
Bradley has been with the RIFT Group since 2010, covering a variety of roles during that time including Sales and Marketing Director, and most recently Commerical Director since 2014, helping RIFT to diversify into new markets and services and leading the development of new systems and structures.
Prior to joining RIFT Group, Bradley spent 10 years at Accenture as a Management Consultant where he worked extensively with a variety of Blue Chip organisations on major business and system transformation projects ranging from CRM Implementations, Business Analysis, Project & Programme Delivery Management, and Test Management.
Jane joined the RIFT Group in 2012 as Marketing Manager to establish and built an in-house marketing function. With strategic responsibility for marketing and commercial functions within the business, Jane has a proven track record of creatively delivering excellent top-line results and building the RIFT Group brand in new and existing markets.
Prior to joining the RIFT Group, Jane spent over 10 years in marketing agencies where she headed up branding, marketing and PR projects for blue chip clients across multiple platforms and channels, resulting in a unique combination of client and agency-side experience.
Kieran was a founding member of the RIFT Group and has been at Jan Post’s side since the very beginning. Always hands-on, Kieran has worked in every department as it was created until it was running smoothly, giving him unrivalled knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the business.
As Group Operations Director, Kieran has daily responsibility for Operations, Specialist Tax Refunds and Returns Teams, Admin and IT. Kieran has built up a centre of operational excellence within RIFT and works closely with employees to create and develop an efficient and well-motivated working environment.
Alison joined Rift at the start of 2021 as Chief Finance Officer for the Group and Managing Director for Rift R&D. Alison has over 25 years’ experience in building board-level strategies that drive seamless change journeys in highly regulated markets. She embeds a deep knowledge of finance, strategic planning, delivery and people management to support organisations to revitalise operations, champion customer service and accelerate P&L growth
Before joining Rift, Alison spent 24 years working at Saga PLC as Finance Director and then Chief Operating Officer for the Insurance broking division.
Abbie Hooper, Customer Operations Manager
As a Customer Operations Manager at RIFT, Abbie’s job is to guide, support and elevate the teams she works with. Through dedicated coaching and training, she builds teams based around collaboration, accountability, empathy and a shared passion for helping people.
At the core of RIFT’s contact centre is our determination to put the customer’s needs first. Abbie’s positivity and dedication underpin that culture and ensure that every team member reaches their full potential, with a focus on individual performance and expert support. Every step of the process is reflected in better understanding of, and service to, RIFT’s customers.
Coming from a financial background with qualifications in chartered banking and coaching, Abbie has the expertise to back up her enthusiasm, leading to a smooth and stress-free experience for the customer.
Ed Waine, Quality and Service Team Leader
Overseeing some of the most important and complex aspects of RIFT’s work, Ed is responsible for the cornerstones of Payments, Compliance, Qualify and Customer Service.
AAT qualified, and holding Level 2 and 3 AAT NVQs and an NVQL3 in Leadership and Management, Ed uses his extensive background in personal tax and process to help RIFT provide a more efficient and focused service to our customers. He works closely with our technical leads and team leaders to boost performance in all areas.
No two days at RIFT are ever the same, and there are always new challenges to meet head-on. Passionate and results-oriented, Ed takes the greatest satisfaction in making a real-world difference to RIFT customers’ lives.
