Bradley has played a key role in RIFT Group’s growth and evolution since starting as its Sales and Marketing Director in 2010. In 2014, he became RIFT’s Commercial Director, leading the group’s diversification into new markets and services. Now serving as CEO, Bradley oversees the development of innovative systems and structures that have established RIFT as a leader in tax refunds and financial services. Under his leadership, RIFT has grown to employ a wide range of tax specialists, supporting well over 140,000 customers.
Before joining RIFT, Bradley spent a decade at Accenture as a Management Consultant. During this time, he worked with various Blue Chip organisations on major business and system transformation projects, including CRM implementations, business analysis, project and program management and test management.
Bradley’s extensive experience in both strategic leadership and hands-on project management has been instrumental in driving RIFT’s continued success. His ability to identify growth opportunities and implement effective business strategies has helped RIFT maintain its reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions for its customers.
Bradley says: “The work we do is very much about building relationships, whether that’s with customers, charities, the construction and Armed Forces communities or HMRC itself. The tax sector can be a cold and daunting place at times, so the warmth and stability of a family unit are always appealing and valuable.”
