A family business
The RIFT Group is a family business based in Kent since 1999. We've currently got around 160 employees and are continuing to grow, winning the Megagrowth 50 Award in 2015 and the KEIBA award for Customer Service.

About Jan Post
Jan Post is the owner and Managing Director of the RIFT Group. She set up the company in 1999 in Ashford, Kent, where the head office remains. Jan has won a number of entrepreneur awards for her approach to business, which focuses on employing local people and investing in their potential including:
