A family business

About Jan Post
Jan Post is the owner and Chairman of the RIFT Group. She set up the company in 1999 in Ashford, Kent, where the head office remains. Jan has won a number of entrepreneur awards for her approach to business, which focuses on employing local people and investing in their potential including:

- Kent Women in Business, Business Woman of the Year
About Bradley Post
Bradley has been with the RIFT Group since 2010, covering a variety of roles during that time including Sales and Marketing Director, and most recently Commercial Director since 2014, helping RIFT to diversify into new markets and services and leading the development of new systems and structures.
Prior to joining RIFT Group, Bradley spent 10 years at Accenture as a Management Consultant where he worked extensively with a variety of Blue Chip organisations on major business and system transformation projects ranging from CRM Implementations, Business Analysis, Project & Programme Delivery Management, and Test Management.
