Will Covid-19 affect my refund?

Will there be a delay in getting my tax refund?

The latest information we have from HMRC is that they are continuing to operate as normal with no delay. We remain in daily contact with them and will let you know if anything changes.

How can I give information for my claim?

Whether you are a new customer making your first claim with us, or a returning customers making your next claim you can upload any documents and give us information about your work places, journeys and expenses by:

  • using the RIFT app 
  • logging in to your MyRIFT Account
  • emailing us info@RIFTrefunds and attaching any documents
  • Live chatting with us using the link below
  • Sending us a message through Messenger

If you haven’t used your MyRIFT account before, or can’t remember your password, just click the reset password link on the page and follow the instructions in the email it sends you.
