Robyn joined RIFT Group as Head of Brand in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in building trusted, customer-focused brands. She is responsible for how RIFT shows up to the people it serves, ensuring every message is clear, honest and easy to understand.

Robyn works closely with teams across the business to make sure customers feel supported at every stage of their journey. Her focus is on keeping communication simple and transparent, helping people feel confident about claiming what they are owed.

Before joining RIFT, Robyn led marketing and content teams within national organisations, developing strong brand foundations and improving how businesses connect with their customers. She has built teams from the ground up, shaped tone of voice across large organisations, and delivered campaigns that balance creativity with credibility.
