Helen Lambkin

Helen is always in the thick of things, working on various projects and keeping everything on track day-to-day. She’s also the point of contact for customer queries and training requests. Whenever a customer comes to us with a question or concern about their tax refunds, whether they’re confused about the mileage allowance regulations or any P800 tax calculations they might have received, Helen’s attention to detail and in-depth understanding of finance, accounting and tax law ensure that all their queries are answered and their problems solved.

Outside of work, Helen manages her son’s U11 football team and is the fixture secretary for the club. She loves travelling and exploring new places with her kids whenever she gets the chance.
