Sinead is a Customer Care Specialist at RIFT, where she supports customers by resolving queries and ensuring they feel heard, understood and supported throughout their experience. With nearly a year in Customer Care and nine years in the Contact Centre, she brings a strong understanding of customer needs and how to handle them effectively.
In her role, Sinead focuses on listening carefully, investigating issues quickly and providing clear, timely updates. Her proactive approach helps ensure concerns are resolved as smoothly as possible, giving customers confidence and peace of mind.
