Jack joined the RIFT team in 2020 as a customer-facing team member and has since progressed through the business to become Contact Centre Manager. His journey reflects a deep understanding of both the customer experience and the day-to-day challenges his team faces, giving him a strong foundation to lead with empathy and clarity.

As Contact Centre Manager, Jack leads our contact centre team, providing guidance, support and structure to ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and with care. He focuses on developing his team, improving processes and making sure the right tools are in place so customers receive a seamless and reliable experience every time they get in touch.

Jack’s hands-on experience across the business means he understands what matters most to customers and how to support his team in delivering the best possible outcomes. His practical, collaborative approach helps create a positive working environment where challenges are solved quickly and service continues to improve.

Jack says: “What I find most rewarding is supporting my team and helping them overcome challenges. When we work together to solve problems and improve how we do things, it makes a real difference not just for us, but for our customers too.”
