Laura is a Team Leader in the Contact Centre at RIFT, where she supports her team in delivering a clear, supportive and reliable experience for every customer. She plays an important role in developing advisers, helping them build confidence and provide accurate, empathetic support.
In her role, Laura focuses on coaching and guiding her team so customers receive straightforward answers and a smooth experience when they get in touch. She works to remove barriers, improve processes and promote best practice, ensuring every interaction feels positive and easy to navigate.
With over 16 years of experience in contact centre leadership, Laura brings a strong background in coaching, training and performance management. Her approach is centred on continuous improvement, helping her team grow while ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey.
