  • An MOD customer spent his refund in celebration of his young daughter getting the all-clear after having been diagnosed with a brain tumour 2 years ago. Overcoming facial palsy and learning to walk again, she had 2 strokes and was in a coma for 3 months. She also had to abandon school, and had been too ill to go on holiday since the diagnosis. Thankfully, she has finally been able to start back at school, and the refund meant the family could set about booking their trip to Florida.

  • A customer found himself in the awful position of being homeless just before Christmas. We worked tirelessly to solve his problems and arranged for RIFT to pay his refund to him in advance, putting a roof over his head for the winter months.
